you would have to be pretty lucky to buy a 90+ account for 50 bucks, unless its underfarmed and has completely no items nor gold on it.

ebay is really untrustable and can be easily faked, i would not recommend people to buy accounts from there. Why would you congratule me about a thing, that in your oppinion i dont know? That doesnt make any sense at all.
And your so called friend is very lucky, ofcourse some people do not know how to evaluate the cost of their accounts therefore they sell them cheap.
Ive seen alot of offers in the blackmarket and some people sell 80+ chars for that price.

in isro that would result in 1.3-2% per hour, add premium gold ticket u get lets say 4% an hour
5 hours of premium - 20%
19 more hours - 38%
in total of 24 hour day grinding you would get 58% which means you need about 2 days to level up from about 85..
in conclusion: leveling from 85 to 100 would take at least a month with premium gold
