I CHANGE THE % IN Refskill, in skilldata%%enc.txt, in textdata_object.txt,

and when Premuin is in ITEM MALL and in my Inventory, storage
The premiun Say 10% in all stat but when i active it, PREMUIN plus Still in 5% all the Stats! who can help me.

Dude..
In online games theres Client sided data and server sided data , usually things like this , rely on both sides..

You have edited the client sided data , which means only you can see the stats , but its just like painting an orange in red and expecting to taste a tomato..

Silkroad client communicates with the server to recieve the rate's of premium plus % , prices in shops etc etc , so to make your premium % on silkroad working , most likely you will have to break in their database and change the values in there..
