if u can change pvp cape with avatar dress? well if u mean exchange by change , no u can't exchange ANY item mall item
and who in the world would exchange pvp cape that costs 500 gold , with a dress? xD

but still answer is no =) u can't , pvp cape has nothing to do with the avatar dress .. in no way , so they aren't related so u can't

but on ecsro was added on pvp avatars and i thinked i can change it with pk2 editor or something....

It actually is possible... they're both in the avatar slot, and if you can make devil spirit with your gear and buffs then you can make an avatar with a cape.

You should look into the pk2 guides on here, there find the codes you need or ask help from an experienced pk2 editor.
