Question about command /makeghostuser

Hello, i need some information about console command /makeghostuser .When i execute this command in console ex: /makeghostuser 10 1907 , 100 random equipped NPC players are generated with name Ghost_XXXX. What is the purpose of this command?

Joymax used them to make their intros etc.
they filled up the towns with this command.

Thanks.I am using BlackRogue 110 lv Server files.

You can try to login one more char to see if this NPCs are just shown locally or on all clients.

I just test that.The NPC's are only locally in client that execute the command.
