help please !!!

well i formated my laptop..i installed directx and video card and all others..and when i try to play on any server doesnt work..it starts normally but before log in it crashes..dont send all the time..can anyone tell me what to do?thanks

Try to run as administrator, if doesn't work mean your drivers are outdated.
