PhBot Party buffing

Hi guys,
i got the phbot, there is a tab espacially for party buffing, but it does not work.
On the left side is a table named 'party buffs', next to it on the right side are arrows a left and right one, when i now choose 'mana cycle' from my bard char to put on the right side using the arrows, nothing happens

You must choose player on right side and skills on left side, than click arrow which points to the left. This way it will add choosen player to choosen buff. I hope you understand what I mean
