Silkroad Macro/Key Settings

Hey since my middle mouse buttom broke and i dont want to use X or any other keyboard key to use this slot i wanted to ask if i could use any 4,5,6,7th mouse buttom of my Roccat Kova [+] to keybind or to macro.

I can't keybing it and sadly i cant macro a mouse button for e.g "X" to use the slot since the macro only works outside of the game..

can anyone help me getting my macro done for ingame?

Use the built in software to assign your mouse button to X, it should work. I tried it with my razer orochi and it worked fine to assign it to 1 or X.
Don't make a macro but just assign it to a single key.

thanks i did that, still easily works out of the game but ingame it just wont notice it :<
