you can write the same message, I got the AC after less than 12 hours.
the AC will be shown at the right side of the website, under your username (need to be logged to check if you got it).

For those who get this message don't use Google Translate on that page and/or use Internet Explorer for best results (Opera seems to have some problems and I haven't tried Firefox.)
