Loader Or Program that can inject packets?

I wonder if there is any public program or loader kinda thing that can inject packets. Like torq or sr33/edx33's injectors. I red somthing about drew's guides but couldnt able to write one. So i wonder if there is any out there, thx.

Well you can inject packets with edx33(as stated in ur post).. why don't you use it ?
IMO it's pretty simple and powerfull tool.
