The average lvl of your party need to be 11 lvl under the mob lvl. Thats why many players invite low lvls to ong parties to decrease the average lvl.
However if you can get 2 or even 3 wizzies or bards which kill ongs on a triangle, you would farm much faster (which would mean you also have to dlvl your lil farmer many more times).
The needed time to farm a FF char on ongs depends on some points like .. spot, killstealers, players which kill your farmer for fun, and so on ..
And the last thing, if you consider farming a new char, go for FF to 105 .. you wont get the chance to farm that fast again (=
