If you mean turning the game into English, you can try my edxSilkroadLoader (still Beta and in testing phase). I've had one person say it doesn't work for them and a couple of people that say it does. It works for me too, so if you want to try it, it's in my signature.
One thing to be aware of though is that no one really knows what their protection is for, so maybe you should be careful on using any high level accounts with it if you don't want to risk a ban. Who knows what data they collect with their protection...
