Did you start phConnector, also are you sure you have put the correct server ip if the PH config?

doesnt runs for me phconnector :S
old times i used edx without ph connector and fuse o mat was runing for me...

I'm pretty sure fuse o mat requires phconnector.

how to solve it? *.* my ph connector isnt runing i have done good the config, but still i cant open phconnector

Have you tried run as admin? What is happening when you open it?

It is no edxLoader problem. edxLoader is working fine. Your config is wrong.
