leveling help

I have a level 49 and I plan on buying 11x 1000xp scrolls(I believe they stack?). Is there anyway to get my char to 110+? I am willing to buy as many Pandora boxes as I need but since they are pretty rare I was planning on using MS instead.
I would really appreciate it if you could answer a few of my questions about this.
How many MS and/or Pandora boxes should I buy (I read on a previous post that 20 pandoras would get me to 80)?
Should I open them myself or get a person higher than me, perhaps a level 60 to open them for me? If so, should I only open a few then find another opener?

Basically max you can get from the 1000x is to lvl 101. Maybe lucky 102. Thats it. The max level you can use those items is at 100.

In thebes there isnt much plvl at mirror. Mostly everything is guild partys , or union party's. Or gbots.

How would you recommend getting to 100? (Please explain it in detail ) Money is not an issue
