Caught Botting?

Hi, I have a question regarding joymax's enforcement of their policies.

1) Let's imagine this situation, I'm botting but bot is configured to disconnect when GM is online/nearby. Can I get banned? Assume that I have not bought silk

2) Is it possible for Joymax to "detect" that I logged in using a bot? Or do they have to have me not reply back in order for them to ban me?

Well, I tried SRO like 4-5 years ago, but there were people banned sometimes.
But as of 2013, it is safe right?

i don't realy think that they would ban players that they already are lacking, so i think botting is safe.

1. Theres a general old rule in the old days. Charge 50 silk to be more safe from being banned if you are so paranoid.
Joymax doesn't care anymore about botters and if you DC when GM comes near you are more suspicious and more likely to get caught if they choose to ban everyone.
2. Joymax already knows and can detect everyone if they wish to.

like mono king said, the times which joymax gave a single datum to botting, is long gone.

the number of sro players have diminished greatly so i suppose they would be glad to see a CHAR in game lol

Even when they were banning over 100 chars per month/week, I was a happy botter, free or paid bot, 50 silk or not.
