[TSRO] Check ?

I try to open the luncher but nothing happens , but after about 40-60 secs this error window

anybody having the same problem ? and anybody knows what it is?

I belive that only happends whene the servers are down...

You have to start remembering, everyday at this time, 1 hour inspection.

9:00PM-10PM EST is inspection time and for some reason M server is still under check.
