I think it will come in 1-2 weeks after the Full Client is available to download.Nobody knows for sure when it will be applied.

It's almost mid-August, give or take a few days. I'd say the last couple weeks of August at the earliest or early September at the latest.

They stated august, so I guess august. Either they release the client tuesday, so we can play in 2 weeks, or they release it next week, so the first week of september. (Or a new system, instead of 2 weeks in advance, they'll go for 1 week in advance.) - Which I strongly doubt -

lets hope it will come soon but the bots will be updated in the next day so more than 1 or max 5 days you wont get

I think it will be applied in 18 August because I think in 11 August they will put the Full client on official site then they will apply it in 18. That's what I think but if we look how lazy are Joymax members maybe they will apply Legend 4+ only in 25 August.
