If you would had got a ban then before you login there should be a Red message in the left lower corner of the sro window saying your account is blocked.It's probably just an error.
Not all the time...If I remeber...last time I got banned my account just always showed an error when I tried to log into the game. When I checked on ISRO website they told my account got banned for 100 years . Kind of sad I had all SoSuN Bow from 3d to 8d
