Silkroad looks and feels much better to me.

Even Games back in 2001/2003 had better Effects compared in the Skill Video.
(Example Kingdom Hearts 1 or Final Fantasy X)
Those Skills are typical in most MMORPG's, they do not have that "Boom" or "Wow" Effect once you use it, while in SRO1 the EarthQuake Skill had a Epic Feeling the first Time you had used it or the Blizzard one.
Those Animations are pretty done badly if you ask me, the one with the 4 small Tornados ... seriously?
That one is used over 4-5 Times for some Skills (Speaking of the Animation now), laziness at it's finest I guess....
They better went with Holy Knight or Dark Warrior Classes instead of some Mage Warrior.
Speaking about the "Boom" Effect, I simply meant something like this
Character casts a small Fire and when it hits the Monster it becomes a Explosion. You know ...
The only Skill I like is the Electric Blue Sphere one, it has some distortion as a Effect which SRO1 didn't have at all.
