S-Bot problem (gettin no replies on sbot forums)

When i try to start sbot i get this error:
* Starting: C:\Program Files\Silkroad\sro_client.exe /18 0 1
Error writing to process (9)
* PrepareExecutable() failed!
* Starting of sro_client.exe failed!
I have dun the thing it says to do in the readme file and got this error, help please
Also when i try to open legit sro client it comes up with error with just has loads of wierd chinese letters... this has something to do with sbot error?
