Help with problem

This happens to me every Tuesday when I update silkroad I get this error which does not allow me to run silkroad.

u shpould try download Library files (search in google) or reeinstaling sro

I have the libraries installed and reinstall like 5 times but I still silkroad happening the same.
Format my computer but I am still leaving the error
Hopefully someone can help me with my problem
