Hello, just wondering if anyone is having this issue,
After I login with my username and password I do not get a number keypad to type in my secondary passcode. I've tried reinstalling the game and patching. I've updated all my drivers. I've disabled all firewalls and antivirus software. I've updated Flash, Java, and DirectX. I've tried running the game in every comparability mode that I can. I've ran the game as an administrator. Still having this issue. Attached is a picture of the passcode screen with no number pad. Please let me know if there is a fix for this.
FYI: I've tried logging in on a different computer and the number pad comes up and I can log in fine with no issues, and both computers have similar hardware and both are running Windows XP so I know there is something that can resolve this, just not sure what it is. Been Troubleshooting on my own for 4 hours now, Thanks for the help
