[Toolbar] Elitepvpers toolbar*NEW*

Since festo_mesto`s old toolbar doesn`t work anymore,I decided to make one.
You can access your favourite site,elitepvpers.com faster then ever,and have access to silkroad section without needing to type it in your browser.
Icons changed,all for a better look.

Gadgets:
-chatroom:spam there instead here on the forums xd
-radio: listen to your favourite radio through your browser
-weather report:find out if you should or shouldn`t take your umbrella.
-email notifier:use this if you are a regular e-mail reader/writer
-search : ask google
