Running Stealthlite on SROR sromux.dll Error

Hey guys it is my first time ever to use a bot

so i might be a noob here..
anyways i get this error.. and i quote it from stealthlite forum

the file is found in the folder under two names sromux.dll and sromuxR.dll Should i delete it manually and what does the files has to do with detections?

i am running SROR , Windows 8 64 Bit ..running both files as an admin..
