I really don`t know.All I know is that there is oen quest which allows you to have name once you`ve finished it.

I think so. I never seen a chinese guy on csro that's 90+ without teh yellow name

Is a lv 95 quest for the first rank and lv 100 quest for the second rank. Well, is not just one quest, is 5+ quests. The rank name is different in chinese's chars and the NPC's for do these quest are too diferent. As far I know in the first quest you will be teleported to special spot (chinese scenary on CH chars and european scenary in EU chars) and you must resist or kill 3 mobs lv 95. They have a lot of HP and can do a lot of damage. Also when you end the first quest (lv 95) you will be able to use the blue zerk, and when you end the lv 100 quest you will be able to use the fire zerk.
Im not sure about that but I guess I am right.
