Fire wall

Hey i haw this problem...
Im at dorm and we have internet here but its firewall is blocking SRO.
Is there any way to get round it ? Maby some program.or st ?
(i can go to offical SRO webpage, but if i start the game then it says The server is undergoing inspection or updates. Connect to .....bala bla bla ..)

Close your firewall and restart it when sro is launcher / set sro_client.exe in the list of allowed applications.

i dont have accsess to thies settings . I told you i haw dorm internet and it has its own firewall
