It happens to me sometimes too, especially when I just log on and I'm in Hotan... and it's really crowded.
It usually takes 5 - 10 seconds, but it gets fixed by itself.
I think it's more of a graphics card slowness problem than it is a game error.

lol but for others game works fine : /is anything that i can do or i delete the game : /

Either live with it the way it is, or get a better graphics card/faster internet.
