SBOT_R problem with multiclient

hey,

i am playing on silkroad R and botting with Sbot R there. now my problem is C9 ERROR. i botting 4 chars, but only 1 of them is getting c9 after a dc. when sbot try to relog it says c9 error ping to high, but its only this char. i deactivatet all firewalls anti vir but still c9, made new config, still c9 when trying relogin. someone know this issue and can help me?

i waited 3 hours and nothing happened. now i decide to make a new config. so new folder, sbot and nevdata in it, start sbot choose silkroad path... and then this error appears everytime i trie to start the client:



Edit: okay... i noticed something very strange now. until now i thought somethings wrong with my config or my firewall or whatever... now i tested someting. i logged in my char with his config and exit game... the c9 error appeared. like ever. BUT now i logged in another char with the SAME config in the same folder. exit the game, wait until he try reconnect ... and then he logged in ! i tried with all my 4 chars, 1 config 4 chars, and only 1 of the chars cant reconnect !!! what the hell is this ?
