well Port forwarding is easy. Just call your inet manager and say that you want to open your ports. then open your router control panel, go applications & Games or something like that then use the tutorial in inet how to do it exactly with your router cuz every router is different. after that you have to set up your server or Emulator. This also required skills to edit your pk2 for IP and also edit the server/emulator to make it work. It need some skills so not every normal guy can do that
A server with an unfinished emulator = ****
A server with incomplete files = not possible

it`s most likely that u`ll have the same server files.... so..don`t even try.
and the internet provider WILL NEVER EVER open security ports for , even if u pay them extra , remember that it`s HIGHLY illegal. stay legit (in school)
