McAfee is a great AV. The only problems is that it scans anything being downloaded to the computer, no matter how much you deactivate the options in McAfee, and you can't add programs to a trustedlist before McAfee has analysed them.
You can run nuConnector and McAfee if you all ready have nuConnector on your computer. Just be sure to deactivate the first option in Computer and Files, so it won't autoscan files (I normally set it to return to normal after restarting the computer).
If you don't deactivate it, it will delete nuConnector as soon you open the folder.
If you haven't nuConnector on your computer, then try to transfer it with USB (dunno if it works).
