Now loading ..crash

Hello users , i have now problem
when i loggin to my character then i press "start" now loading...and when connect to game i getting crash error...i tried to connect many times but same problem...please help me

Maybe you don't have your graphic drivers up-to-date, so try and see if you have the latest drivers, if you don't, get then.

Maybe you just need to restart or close any other programs you're using.
