Joymax E-mail Support Serivce IS BUGGED (IMPORTANT READ)

THe e-mail service is compromised someone has access to the e-mails sent from you to joymax through the e-mail support serivce
here i'm gonna say it
i forgot which e-mail did i write in one of my accounts
so i though what the hell i'll contact joymax through the service,
that was 2 months ago or so
now i get an e-mail as a reply to my e-mail on an e-mail i mentioned in the message LOOK:

Thank you for emailing Joymax Customer Support. . We have received your email regarding your appeal about changing your registered email address here in Silkroad Online. We have reviewed your case with great care. Please be informed that the following steps must be taken to change your email.

1) Reply to this email with your current username, password and secret answer. We must verify that you are indeed the owner of the account.

2) Also include in the email what email you want to use on your account.

3) During the monday inspection, your account will be updated and fixed.

ITS NOT SAFE!!! Everybody can check your emails thats send to joymax helpdesk! you dont even need a account to see the mails just random letterz/numbers.

DO NOT SEND SUPPORT MESSAGE THAT HAVE ACCOUNT NAME AND PASSWORD TO JOYMAX!!!

All the post are public and if you look at rev6 forum, the exploit was found like this: pic1 , pic2. Basically if you send them a message using your account that has a premium, you can from there browse from their website to the admin mailbox without any password with only 3 mouse clicks. Enter any username and password you want, they are all valid...
They better fix it soon, I don't even want to contact Joymax knowing that everyone can view everything...
This is another huge FAILED! for Joymax -_-

Joymax NEED to fix it as soon as possible before another exploit come out of it (sql injection, cross site scripting exploit etc...)

Dont use helpdeskservice from joymax with any ids/passwords/CC#/creditcardnumbers/Emails/much more where can be hacked

They removed that bug/glitch/exploit so youre maybe safe now
