Mine 90 FF Blader also banned, I spent for him about 300$, PP said that I cant get the money back, and it was a JoyMax fault, because there wasnt any problems from PP side. PayPal offered to me:

"If you will find about 3000 users which will report a fraud claim against JoyMax, maybe you would get your money back"

So no way out from this ****, just leave them, oh, and if you will ask something about your account in that E-Mail service, you won't get answer.
I wrote one little letter on 09/01/01, and still its: 'In Case"

Also JoyMax didint respond to my call, I called with Skype, they just hanged up my 2 calls.

Our case is a little different, it was paypals fault not joymax.

I sent them a mail. They said exactly what's wrote on their website ...
I sent them a second mail. This time I told them that I don't want to verify my account, I just one to pay Joymax and that's all !

They said "Send us an mail to confirm that you are ok with these payment and it'll be ok"

Now, I did it, and I received an another mail from Paypal, that tell me the payment is in process, and it should be ok in an hour

How did you get a reply from Joymax? They are closed on weekends.

BTW: I called paypal and got my account sorted, and they removed the hold on the money and sent it.

You have to tell Joymax "Send an e-mail to *edited* as a proove that the payment have been done" and it should be ok a week after

easy ..... well not rly ut its a theory sro banns u if you buy more than 1000 silk in the same day so you bought 700 and your sis 350 that makes more than 1000 read the silk charge rules it sais it right here cant buy more than 1000 silk a day and 2000 a month so probly its that idk rly xD
