Thats an old version you need to download the manual patch from the

this will update it to the recent version which is 1.137 version.

the rates are exactly the same as ISRO, only private servers have higher rates...

The only thing different is CSRO is slightly more up to date than ISRO. Like it recently got roc the unique.
