strange bug

my account is blocked cant log in to game but i can log in sro site with it and can charge silk wtf is it can i buy silk to it and it well unblocked????? i already have silk in it i charge silk history and see it have already 400 silk if i buy more they unblock it?

How long has your character been blocked in game for?, its probably only a tempory block since you can still log in via the site.

the block should be removed at 2108 and the massage say that in game but in site i can log in normaly and the charge history and charge silk is normal only e mail is changed but id and pw are the same the question is charge silk or not?

i know it is block and before silkroad site join joymax protection i couldnt log in and say the same massage as game but when try to log in the site they ask for e mail and the real e mail say unvaliable and i write new one and log in normal and i try to check is that my old account i try charge history and i found the same silk last time i charge so it is the same account but why it is blocked in game ????????

It's no bug, Your account has been banned, that's it, try to understand that..
