what does it do exactly? i never really thought about what the -35% damage reduction actually did.

When it hits more than one person, in direct range of the attack, it will reduce damage by 35%.

In other words when flying dragon does splash damage it will be reduced 35% ^^

When u hit one thing its full dmg everything alright, if u hit more than one thing, the dmg with wich u inflict is reduced by 35%.

Yup, never read that on the skill but had noticed it while using it

The mob thats right in front of me gets lets say 100% of dmg so the one behind gets only 65%.
