Unhappy prob with silkroad

i got a problem... when i start sro (with bot or not) log to my acc, and press start game just crashes! it disappears and no erro messages... wtf? can some1 explain that?

now i reinstall the sro, but this fcking game.... again worse.... and my guild mate have this prob too .... suck
