Hmm my opinion is for you to be a Full str Bow .. because mostly youll be taking hits from glavie..bladers.. ect . so at the end of the day you want to be a good pvper not so much a monster killing person .. hmm on to your skills
many ppl use ice for a bower to me thats not good cuz since ice has a lowest hit out of 3 fire.. ice.. and lighting i would say use fire and lighting and use ice but stop it at mastry lvl 30 or something and of course get Pacheon.. hmm thats all i can think for now
hybrid:go fire ,cold and pacheon,cold(snow shield! ) and fire.get nukes,but use pacheon skills in most of cases.
pure str:you could get 2 different builds:fire,force,pacheon,and cold lvl 30,awesome for pvp; fire,light,pacheon,cold 30 ,good for pvp too
pure int-i strongly not reccomend going pure int,it sucks for bowman.

- 60 light (speed)

Awsome build you have more defense then most str builds (60 ice instead of 30)
And you Still have speed.
You can wear Garment or protector but I prefer garment for the 20% movingspeed increase.
You will have about 77% movigspeed with garment and about 67% with protector.
I love this build perfect for job and FW and very good for P lvl
Well garment does make you move faster But it has a slighter advantage with magic helps alot so that another reason for garment ..It dont matter if you move fast (Not saying that its not good thing to be fast) But you want to be Best protected... but ye if i where you ill with Garment ^^
