12d bow glows?

How do you get the glow around the edges of the 12d bow?

My friend has the exact bow except his has a glow and mine doesn't.

nah this glow is mostly at every bod different, you can t explain that

Maybe a graphics setting?

I don't think it's a graphics setting because I often see people standing side by side; One would have the glow on all four corners, and the other would not. Checking rev6 for their bows reveals nothing consistent. Sometimes Legend would glow like that, sometimes Rare would, other times Magic. The plus on it doesn't appear to affect it much either. Maybe it is random??
