why? because at 120 cap this build is very powerful , if you go 60 ice/light it would be such a waste

With ice on 60 an int is dead like nothing. Go for ice/fire/bich or ice/light/bich. Then you can atleast tank some ****.

First, but without the **** light. A good build is that build that has all 3 masteries at 120.
Cold 120 for a high phy def and badass snow shield.
Bicheon 120 for the debuffs.
Fire 120 for the strongest imbue, nukes, high mag defence and extra phy attack.
