??? Error

Let me start by saying that I read most of the threads concerning my problem, but I still can't fix it. I have downloaded all the newest versions and unpacked/installed them as instructed. My drivers are all up to date.

I start NuConnector, then AgBot. When I start up SRO, I get the ??????-message which has been described as having some old drivers. If I use Testoterone (having depatched MediaConnector), I get the message to run Silkroadonlie.exe. If I have it running, I get the "Server Inspection" message.

For 3 times now I have reinstalled SRO, downloaded the bot-files (all of them, like they said in the Guide), but I still have the problems mentioned above.

Can anyone give me a clue where to look or what to do?

UPDATE:

I have formatted my computer and reinstalled both SRO as all the files/libraries. So far so good. On the first attempt, it worked! But then I got dc (bad connection). No problem, Agbot and SRO still start up. But now all my skills are gone! The skill-list is completely empty and the only skill I can use is the standard attack.

So who can help me with this problem....?
