go to droa dock, then go straight north, and follow the shore, go as far far north as possible, theyre all near a bunch of mountains

PS> found this the hard way... took me forever >.>

the ruins (south-east of Sigia Dock) and use the flag to call Pirate Assault Commander (Commander's Assistants will also appear)

another annoyance... i hated those little quests :P

go on sro homepage.its not down anymore and then look at mobs..u will find everything there..^^
