Place to train

I am a lvl 59 spear nuker (just look ant my sig for more stats), and I am wondering where the best place to train is. I was training on yetis, but they give me squat...should i go to Takl?

1) stick with Yeti's
2) go to worms in takla
3) go to bugs in DW caves

THE THING IS THAT YOU SHOULD KILL THE STRONGEST MOBS THAT YOU CAN 1 HIT.
