Remove Joymax IP from your Host File.

Lao thanks.It works now.Btw dude you need go to:C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc and edit file called "hosts"
Just delete those gwtg joymax or something like that.It starts with 127.0.0.1 and there are 2 of them..Delete them and it will work

III: Server Inspection Error
- Confirm in the News section if the Server is Under Inspection or not.

- Permit sro_client.exe, silkroad.exe, gameguard.des to access the internet via your Firewall.
*IF YOU HAVE RE-INSTALLED THE GAME YOU WILL REQUIRE TO REFRESH YOUR PROGRAM ALLOW LIST.
*UNINSTALLING THE GAME DOES NOT FIX THIS ERROR

- Check your host file by doing the following:
Open your Hosts file with NOTEPAD at [Arrow] C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc and
Confirm/Add The following lines:

# Copyright c 1993-1999 Microsoft Corp.
#
# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
# be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
# The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
# space.
#
# Additionally, comments such as these may be inserted on individual
# lines or following the machine name denoted by a # symbol.
#

ok i see the file host but i dont know how to edit it? the files i have are im host,protocol,networks,servives and of course the host file and al in the same folder

Windows will ask you with what program to use when you click open
use Notepad.

oh ok thx, ok i id evrything and added the files i was missing which was the last row and it doesnt stop me accesing the game but now when i try to log in my sro screen crashes and this has been happening only today and only evrytime i try to log into sro
