Maximum level Gap between mobs

I was wondering what is the "average" and "best" level gap between you and a mob like nachals or ongs to get exp and sp.

With all my respect Thats impossible , at ongs i see farmers get a maximum of 26 level so a gap of 10 but is it the ideal or not .
or i think you misunderstood my question i dont mean the skill mastery gap but the gap of level between my char level and the mob level.

For powerlevel your chars should stay at mobs that are 11lvls higher than the low char.

Nachals lvl70 - char lvl59
Ongs lvl34 - char lvl23

And then average pt lvl etc blabla for more exp...
