New Server coming out at Launch of 120 Cap? Let's Make EURO PT's:)

So, Argos opened a week late. A ton of lag and DC but expect it to get fixed after this coming inspection.
PM your party members in game for obvious reasons:

how much fail are we expecting here? 
i'm also running 1 EU pt in azteca now, and plan to run 1 more when a NEW server comes out. having a main i think does help out since you can put prem+ on it,better gears will level much faster (and given more attention lol)
cmon join me at the new server and pick up to 2 chars, having to pt alone is not fun

i had too many retards to bother anymore and going to a new serv is a bit boring aswell as not many ppl. its no fun being high lvl fighitng against 30lvls+ lower then you in fw and waiting 3months while others lvl up to you with the gear u have

Character PT's hotswap work around??

do you guys think that these are server sided or can it be fooled via CE?
i'am trying to find a way around the hotswap technique and finding a much easier way to do that allows a "on the fly" weapon switching. Not only that but some servers have patched the hot swap technique.
and a side note, has anyone perfected the opening the banker from anywhere, so that we can do the hotswap from any location for those that can still do the hotswap technique
