It would be useful too if somebody could translate it in form like server names at login, cuz some ppl like me can not use flagship in chinese.
(I mean like King's Peak is " ÍőľŔáŰˇĺ " etc.)

Negative. I can not login with flagship, if I use applocale. And I have the same problem with client too. I get an error: "can not find Filemanager.dll".

So im using both flagship(vip) and client without chinese characters. Not a big problem, I just mentioned that would be useful too to see mob names as I said.

I am using applocale and everything is fine. Nobody will make a list of the mobs name like that because it has to be done manually...and there are 300+ mobs. Are you using vista or 7? Try running it as admin.

Im using winxp... So how can I generate these "coded" names from original chinese? I could do it myself.

You can't. They are not in the media.pk. These are ascii codes because you don't start it as unicode. You have to check the name of every mob in game and write it...

Edit: Try changing your system's language to chinese. It should work.
