Joymax failed once again?

Well... perhaps it isn't exactly sro related but it's about its publisher...

As most of you heared about their new game called "Special Force"...



How are they planning to create a game which is already under copyright?



If you take a look around you will find a game from cubizone called "RedCliff Online" someone noticed that it's silkroad 2... wtf?

There will be a game war between Cubizone and Joymax? Hm... Looks interesting, isn't it?

they must have bought the game rights from that company.
seeing as how cubizone is not a USA based company.

certainly... however it is not possible to use the same name from 2 different companies

isn't this like the huge variety and pointless SRO versions that exists thanks joymax licensed it (Astrum Online, blah blah blah)?

cubizone looks like it's for other and/or specific countries... different regions might have different publishers specially with the unstable and variable mmo market out there!

I think the original company sold the licenses to both companies to publish it on different regions which is normal.

mhm, ive seen many games that are published through more than one
company and yet still have the same name as the other ones.

diff names = confuses people :P

yes they may not be from them but they could have purchased the copy rights too, also joymax was sold to a company called WeGame or some **** like that, so that company may have also purcashed it before too
