I was wondering if somebody could tell me a little bit more about this?

today for the first time i tried magic pop and i tried to get an avatar dress, i tried 5 times and didn't get one is this usual? i would like to know probabilities^^

Also when you deliver the green ticket what are the chances of you getting something useful (not a trigger scroll of which i got 3 or so^^)

Yes, totally random. Some guys get from first time and some guys can't get it from 100th time, but it's low chance to win an item, very low
