I got a weird ''error'' with 2 items.

When i look at them from my warlock they look like this:



They seem to have lower stats, and has a wierd thing written down ''Proficiency Penalties''.

Then i wanted to see if i get the same error if i PM the item to another char of mine that is also on the same pc logged. Funny thing is that on the 2nd char the penalties are removed, and the items have higher stats:



I've heared from others about this, I'm not the only one that has it.
Question is, any clue why its happening? A decent answer please.

Chars that are level 105 and down get a penalty on D12 items ( 104 Warlock ).. The Warrior would be 106 or higher, and therefore doesn't get the penalty.

yeah its because the items are 111+5/10/15 and without penalty they would be to powerfull for an 101-105 char ^^
