Farming.

Hi,

I'm currently farming on Aral and my guild leader is a lvl 76 Bower Sun+7. He 1 hits party's at hun wich is where we farm. We have a 6 man pt with 1 plvlr and 5 noobies. All lvl 26-28. But the problem is the sp rate = very low. It's around 10-14 sp/min wich is only 600-840 sp per hour. We don't use Premium or anything but it's still pretty low. We dlvl during plvl but that hardly takes any time since we have 2 clerics and only if they die the plvlr has to stop.

How can this rate be so low?

Their 0 gap obviously.

ehm on topic, Bow isn't the best way to farm. Skills aren't that fast and the bower won't be able to kill more than one mob at a time ( I doubt Mindbow kills 2 pt mobs ).

So theres a few things you can do;
- Get a second plvler out of the bowers exp range, but within the noob's range.
- Put level 1 chars in the party to lower the avrg. party level ( So it gets below huns level, if it isn't yet ).
- Powerlevel with a different char, either bard or wizard.

we are 9 gap =D
the only account i could plvl with is a 69 mage from on of my guildmage.
But its staffles, hybrid, not full farmed so it's pretty messed up

Seems like your pt average is too high but I did the math with the info you gave and your average looks fine.

Future reference for farming

concept: 76+26+26+26+26+26=206

206/6= 34.333333333333333e

34.3333333333333333e is your pt average. The closer your pt average is to the lvl of the huns the better the sp will be.

How did i get that? Add the lvl of every character in your pt together. Then divide the sum of those numbers by the number of characters in your pt, Your left with your pt average.

i know how i can calculate pt average. But it's pretty good since huns r only 1-2 lvls higher. and your calculation isn't completely accurate since sometimes the accs are 27 or 28.

I'd say d-level at level 29, when your at the huns, and drop back down to 19 or 20.

Little question, how much cool down do the mindbow series have?

Gap 9 is not the best...i would leave the skills at 10...otherwise you level too fast :b


My advice is to add all time one level 1 char till it is 25 than again a lvl 1 char....than you will get better sp

Kinda figured you would but i thought i would throw it out there just incase xD. And i know my calculations are a bit off.

Okay, than you are right that you can't farm good with a bower...i played on a privat server and plvled with a 110 Bower my lowchar in cave with mindbowseries without cooldown...faster than every wizzard :b
